Important: This recall applies only to certain covers manufactured between April and June 2026. The mat foam is not included in the recall.
We would like to provide important information regarding the recent recall announced by ALZiP MAT Korea.
1. Products Affected by the Recall
The recall applies to the cover only, not the mat foam.
Affected covers have a manufacturing date between April 2026 and June 2026. The cover manufacturing date is printed on the Care Tag located inside the cover.
Affected product lines:
- Silion Mat
- Eco Folder Mat
- Double Zero Mat
Zero Mat is not included in this recall.
2. Products Shipped by Us
We have confirmed that the Silion Mat and Eco Folder Mat products previously shipped to our customers were not manufactured during the production period covered by the recall.
For preorder products scheduled to ship between July 17 and July 25, we will inspect a sample from each product type after the container arrives and verify the cover manufacturing date before shipment.
In general, products shipped in the same ocean freight container use covers from the same manufacturing batch and manufacturing date.
3. If You Receive an Affected Cover
If the Care Tag inside your cover shows a manufacturing date between April 2026 and June 2026, please take a clear photo of the label and email it to us.
After verification, ALZiP MAT Korea headquarters will send a replacement cover within approximately two weeks, following the same recall procedure being provided in Korea.
4. Order Cancellation and Refunds
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
5. U.S. Sales
This recall is being conducted in Korea and does not apply to products sold in the United States.
However, to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will provide a replacement cover for any verified affected product using the same procedure being provided in Korea.
6. How to Verify the Manufacturing Date
The manufacturing date printed on the outside box label indicates the date when the mat foam and cover were packaged together in the box. It is not the manufacturing date used to determine whether the cover is included in the recall.
Recall eligibility is determined by the manufacturing date printed on the Care Tag inside the cover. Affected cover manufacturing dates are between April 2026 and June 2026.
7. Returns for Non-Recalled Products
Products that are not included in the recall will be handled according to our standard return policy.
8. U.S. Safety Standards
This product has successfully passed U.S. ASTM/CPSIA safety testing, which is more stringent than the mandatory safety requirements for children's products in Korea.
The recall announced in Korea is related to the Korean Eco-Label certification process and does not affect the product's compliance with applicable U.S. safety standards.
