Refund policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unopened items that are in their original condition.
Please email us at info@alzipmatus.com to request a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.
A prepaid return label will be provided for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If you are returning the product due to one of the following reasons, we will provide a free return shipping label:
- We sent you the wrong item
- The product is defective
- The product arrived damaged
If you are returning or exchanging the product due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee.
Personal reasons may include:
- Ordered the wrong item, size, or color
- No longer need the product
- Changed your mind or buyer’s remorse
Please note: Due to the large size of our products, return or exchange shipping costs may range from approximately $150–$250, depending on the item and destination.
Return Instructions
- All returns must have an RMA number. Please email our customer service team at info@alzipmatus.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Please include your order number, quantity, reason for return, and product photos if requested.
- Returned items must be in new condition and include the original packaging.
- The original box is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please insure the returned item and provide the tracking number to info@alzipmatus.com.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the inspection is completed.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and package handling are managed by the carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Carrier investigations may take approximately 8–10 business days or longer depending on the case.
Please note: If an order has already been shipped or is in transit with UPS, customers requesting a cancellation, exchange, package refusal, or intercept request will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any carrier intercept fees, and the 10% restocking fee.
Color Disclaimer: Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images shown due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, lighting conditions, and device displays. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a product defect. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on perceived color differences between the product received and the images displayed on our website will not be accepted.
Odor Disclaimer: New products may have a noticeable odor when first opened due to the manufacturing and packaging process. This is normal and not considered a product defect. We recommend unfolding the product and allowing it to air out in a well-ventilated area for approximately 1–2 weeks. The odor will naturally dissipate over time. Returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on the presence of this temporary odor will not be accepted.
